Whittington Walk is a large new development consisting of 300 homes on the outskirts of Worcester.
ESL were instructed to complete the Land rights for the IDNO / DNO substation, as well as the High Voltage (HV) & Low Voltage (LV) cabling and necessary access, securing rights for both parties and allowing the electrical connection of each home onsite.
Our project manager reviewed the design, ordered the legal drawing from our in-house CAD Technician, obtained title documentation and instructed the IDNO/DNO panel solicitor all within the same day.
The legal documentation was issued to the Landowner's solicitor within our agreed KPI, ensuring prompt progression at all stages. Whilst overseeing the negotiation of the Deed, and providing operational and legal support, ESL received two further design revisions.
On each occasion the amended drawings were prepared and reissued to all parties on the same day as received.
ESL consistently develop and streamline our in-house processes to ensure each project is as swift and clear as possible, irrespective of the scale. Following the agreement of the deed, and once all necessary consents and certificates were in place, completion was arranged.
With communication at the core of our practice our client was notified of legal completion within 12 minutes of the solicitors dating the Deed.
