Incorporated in December 2002, Easement Solutions developed as an idea between two friends. With shared expertise in law and utility design, their goal was to provide support to the newly privatised utility companies as there was a perceived lack of specialist knowledge within this market. Now more than twenty years later, with a large and growing team, ESL has filled a significant gap and continues to develop in the acquisition of Land Rights nationally.
With professionalism and clarity at the core of our practice, we have secured connections for large-scale projects such as the Olympics, Battersea Power Station and the Emirates Stadium in North London. Nevertheless, we take great pride in our smaller sites that provide significant impact to communities.
