In August we engaged the services of Keeping HR Simple to help our managers keep abreast of all things HR related. Keeping our team happy, safe and healthy is of paramount importance and we were delighted with the knowledge that we gained from Katherine. We got hints and tips around sickness, staff support, appraisals among other things and we will all be better managers for the knowledge we have gained.
