Record Month!

October has seen us have the highest number of instructions in one month since COVID. The team love a challenge and this month it really was! We managed to keep within all our SLAs and deliver work in a timely fashion even though we had a 25% increase on our usual work rate. It is gratifying to see the recognition we get for delivering a professional service.
