New Line of Work for ESL!

ESL is excited to announce a brand-new collaboration, marking a significant expansion in our service offering. We're now working with a new client on Grantor referencing, Schedules, Plans, and Consents for a major infrastructure project.

This partnership sees ESL playing a key role in negotiating access for investigative work, coordinating the use of heavy machinery, and managing damage compensation claims — all in support of proposed overhead power lines connecting to a Distribution Network Operator (DNO) network.

Jason Everett and Mark Devlin, who lead some of ESL’s key projects, are enthusiastic about the scale and scope of this opportunity.

“I’m looking forward to working with Groundline and getting out on site to meet the farming community,” Jason shared. “Especially the direct contact with landowners — it’s an area I really enjoy and value.”

Mark added, “I’m excited to get out on the sites and start the ball rolling on these important infrastructure projects. Being able to have these conversations face-to-face with the landowners is something I’ve been eager to do for a while, and I’m really looking forward to the opportunity.”
