ESPUG – Land Rights

Our in-house legal team for ESPUG – ESP (Gas), ESPE (Electricity) and ESPW (Water), continues apace and we are receiving encouraging feedback from our clients who are commenting on the swiftness and clarity of our responses and our professionalism.

Well established in the acquisition of gas and electricity Rights, we are also responsible for obtaining Rights for ESPW in their supply of water and wastewater services to new residential housing and high rise developments. We have seen an upturn in our instructions for water apparatus and as such, some members of our team are undergoing further training to ensure we are all equipped to deal with the increasing number of water jobs.
